The Min ERM center, a division of Min & C, LLC, is a risk consultancy that helps organizations prosper in an unstable world. [Who We Are]

The Min ERM Center is a unique investigative organization operating in South Korea. The center is a collection of lawyers and investigators who have a wealth of experience in police investigations, academia, and the courts. Expertise is what distinguishes the ERM center from the competitors in the local market. The director, Dr. JongyeonTark, has worked for the police, universities, and investigative firms for over 25 years, accumulating and honing unparalleled investigation skills. Among other things, he learned investigation techniques, qualitative research methods, and crisis negotiation, and has successfully interviewed hundreds of victims, witnesses, suspects, and prisoners. Dr. Hakkyong Kim has walked similar steps. He is a solid seasoned criminal investigator and performed many security operations during his 20 year career in the police and chairing entire departments at universities. Our lawyers also have extensive experience in police and courts. Four of them served as police officers and now practice as lawyers, which enables them to better understand the importance of persuasive evidence in investigations.
