Oh Soo Won

Oh Soo won, the partner of Min & C, is specialized in the litigation of civil, patent infringement, trade mark, trade secret protection and other IP issues. 

He graduated from Seoul National University, majored in engineering and graduate school for mechanical engineering. In 1992, he passed the Official Exam of Technology from Korean government and involved in the Korean Intellectual Property Office as Chief examiner officer. 

Additionally, he also passed the Korean Bar exam in 2001 and began to provide the civil and IP related legal services based on his expertise.
